The Family Business
I, Eric pickering, started my apprenticeship in butchery at 14 years old, learning from a small family of butchers the traditional way. Priding myself on providing restaurant quality meats along with superb customer service have gained a reputation in Pontefract that isnt matched.
From Farm to Table
We are a bespoke butchers making our own Sausages, burgers and ready meals in store with our own recipes. We also have 2 dry aging fridges in the shop giving our yorkshire beef that extra special tenderness and flavour.
All our meat will be packaged, labelled and boxed with ice packs delivered straight to your door.
